Scholarships available through the Community Foundation of Prince Edward Island

Arthur & Theresa MacDonald Scholarship -   Open to a student that has been accepted to an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution. Students must have satisfactory academic performance, but not necessarily honors.   Students must demonstrate effort and dedication in their studies and financial hardship.  Students must not be a recipient of a major scholarship, as defined by their school.  For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date May 15th, 2015.

Orin Carver Scholarship                     

Open to students who are either a graduate of a PEI high school and are currently enrolled at Holland College or UPEI or graduating from a PEI high school and intend to further their full time studies at Holland College or UPEI.  For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date March 31, 2015.

Architects Assoc. of PEI     

Open to a Prince Edward Island student who graduated from a PEI High School and is accepted into a recognized architectural program.  For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date May 15th, 2015.

Lowell Phillips Scholarship

Open to high school graduates from Prince Edward Island who have a defined physical disability.  For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date May 15^th, 2015.

Summerside Natick International Friendship Hockey Fund

Open to a PEI High School graduate in the Western School District who is entering their first year of study (Post-secondary students beyond the first year may be considered if no other applications are received.) For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date May 15th, 2015.

Joan Auld Scholarships

Steven Turner Memorial Fund                        

Open to high school graduates entering into their first year of study at UPEI, Holland College or College Acadie. For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date March 31^st, 2015.

St. Andrews Society Scholarship     

Open to who are full time university students in either of the first two years of university, a resident of Prince Edward Island, a Roman Catholic and of Scottish descent, having either a Scottish surname or having at least 2 Scottish grandparents who were born with a Scottish surname. For more information or to fill out an application, please visit our website at cfpei.ca, application review date October 17th, 2015.

Noreen & George Corrigan Scholarship (Learning Disability)    

Open to a student who has or will be graduating from a PEI High School and has been accepted to an accredited post-secondary institution.
